Call for Proposals

The New Mexico Chapter of the American Society of Training and Development (ASTD) and the New Mexico Evaluators are pleased to announce the 2012 Conference Call for Proposals. Our theme for this year’s conference is “What’s mine is ours: Fostering an environment of collaboration”. The objective of this conference is for our attendees to recognize how to use collaboration to excel in a highly competitive and economically challenging environment. Participants should leave with enhanced knowledge of how collaboration can lead to increased innovation and efficient use of current resources, and how it connects with increased performance by impacting learning at the individual, team and organizational levels. Sessions should arouse curiosity, spark dialogue, and challenge attendees. Focus should be on providing attendees with tangible outcomes that are easily implemented in their work place.
